Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services.
By booking with us, you agree to the following:
Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability.
A confirmation will be provided once your booking is finalised.
Payment Terms
Full payment or a deposit may be required before the service date.
Additional charges may apply for extra services not included in the original quote.
Additional charges may apply to after hours, weekend and public holiday bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled move to avoid cancellation fees.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge.
Liability
Our team ensure your belongings are handled with the utmost care, however are not liable for items that are packed incorrectly.
Access and Parking
Customers must ensure clear access to the property and secure parking for our vehicles.
Delays caused by restricted access may result in additional charges.
Prohibited Items
We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal goods, or items that may pose a safety risk.
We reserve the right to cancel a removal if prohibited items are present or if team members feel unsafe.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must inform us of any heavy or specialty items in advance, these may incur an additional fee.
Items not included in the initial quote may incur extra fees.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be handled through mutual discussion. If unresolved, they may be referred to mediation or arbitration.
